Our Refund/Exchange/Return policy lasts thirty days. If thirty days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Gift Cards/Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must send the unused product in its original package with proof of purchase to P.O. Box 25846, Overland Park, Kansas 66225. No refund will be given if the item is returned more than 30 days after initial delivery to the customer. Refunds on any sale item shall be at the sale purchase price and not the full price of the product.
Once your request for refund is received and product return inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund request. When the refund is processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within ninety days of notification of approval of your request. If after that time you have still not received a communication from us or you have not received your refund, then send a follow up email to info@landaujojoba.com. If you have previously requested a refund on the same item based upon an indication that you have not found the product to be satisfactory and that refund was processed, you will not be approved on any subsequent requests for refunds based on satisfaction of the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, send us an e-mail at info@landaujojoba.com and mail your defective or damaged item to Landau Jojoba Inc., P. O. Box 25846, Overland Park, Kansas 66225. Upon receipt of the defective or damaged product, an exchange will be processed.
Returns
To return your product you should mail the product in its original package with proof of purchase in accordance with this policy to Landau Jojoba, Inc. P. O. Box 25846, Overland Park, KS 66225.

An all-around excellent moisturizer. I have the dreaded “combination” type skin. I struggle with dry patches on my face while also being oily and prone to break outs.
