Payment Processing

At the time your order is placed, your credit card will be authorized for the total purchase amount. If you would like to modify your order or change an order, please contact info@landaujojoba.com. Since orders are processed as quickly as possible, not all modifications or changes may be processed prior to the original order being fulfilled.

Order Processing

Orders placed will typically ship out within two business days. If an order has been marked with an expedited shipping method before 12:00 pm Central Standard Time (Monday-Friday), it will be processed and shipped on the same business day to the extent possible. Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no P. O. Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on a Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the next business day. Holidays are not considered business days.
